The Hispanic score for Grade 8 looks somewhat suspect to me. There can be a lot of sampling errors in NAEP scores when the sample sizes are small, and compared to Blacks and Whites, Hispanics are a smaller group in JCPS, and NAEP statistics indicate the true score could be plus or minus more than 10 points from the published score.

Still, none of these proficiency rates are worth cheering about, and don't forget this is pre-pandemic data.
