I'll have more for you but I had to pull some elementary school math and reading scores for JCPS from the 2021 Kentucky Summative Assessment system and had this right at hand:

JCPS ELEMENTARY MATH PROFICIENCY RATES
Whites - 25.6%
Blacks - 5.5%

JCPS ELEMENTARY READING PROFICIENCY RATES

Whites - 44.6%
Blacks - 15.8%

STATEWIDE ELEMENTARY MATH PROFICIENCY RATES
Whites - 35.0%
Blacks - 11.3%

STATEWIDE ELEMENTARY READING PROFICIENCY RATES

Whites - 43.1%
Blacks - 20.1%

As you can see, except for White Reading, JCPS lagged the statewide averages across the board, and it lagged everywhere for Black students' results. And, those state results don't look very neat, do they.
